There are currently two ranges made for the retail market. All pizzas use the same dough recipe of untreated unbleached flour, with our specially made pizza sauce.
Premium Range
This range consists of 6 different products, 9 inch in diameter. These pizzas are packaged in attractive purple packs with excellent photography of the pizza.
Luxury Range
This range consists of 4 different products, 11 inch in diameter. These pizzas have a more exotic feel with more unusual flavours. They are packaged in gold & black packs.

For foodservice we utilise our standard pizza dough which uses untreated unbleached flour with our special recipe of tomato condiment. Cosmo can create many different toppings including bespoke items for special menus. We can offer three different sizes at present: 6, 9 and 11 inch pizzas.
Pizza Range
All of our retail pizzas are available in foodservice format however you can appreciate the list of decorative ideas is endless, and is usually dependant on the menu style our customers wish to have the pizza on. As a service we will evaluate your menu and match up specific pizza ideas to suit your offer/requirements.

Polypropylene primary packaging is used with a variety of different outer case sizes to suit specific customer requirements.

The Cosmo Family has been cooking for the public for more than 35 years. This pizza is made using the more traditional methods of dough preparation. By utilising a mother dough system, the creation of superior flavour and texture in the bread is assured.
